User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI needed my car serviced under waranty. I took it to Robbins Chevrolet service dept 3 times and they always tell you they are too busy to bring it in the following week then give you the same story again. You cant even get an oil change unless you wait 4-5 hrs which is outrageous. We got tired of them and now take it to Wal-mart for oil changes. They have the worst service dept I have ever experienced. What they need is more mechanics if they cant keep up with demand.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis was the worst experience ever. The finance person,Mr. Perry, just pointed to where he wanted me to sign. He ignored all of the questions that I asked. These people are crooks,and I advise all consumers to shop elsewhere.

Took my car, which is not a GM product, to their paint and body shop to have some nicks repaired. The staff was very responsive, the work was performed in a most timely and professional manner and the price was very reasonable. Kudos to Robbins Paint and Body personnel.

There svc dept is horrible.
i say it is the people are rude
