    Strawberry Pancakes with Whipcream!!! Yummy!!!: Yummy anytime, day or night. Great for breakfast or after being out all night with friends. Fair menu and decent prices. Good coffee. I like IHOP because they leave the coffee at your table and you dont have to wait for the disappearing waitress all the time. I also help design new IHOPS all over Texas. Good place.
    We just finished IHOPs' in Waco, Allen, Ft Worth and we're starting a new one for Conroe.
