User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGood Prime Rib: No matter how many times I go to Houston's, I always get the same quality food and service. The chilled house salad w/ blue cheese dressing is fabulous. The artichoke/ spinach dip is the greatest. And the prime rib steak is a piece of heaven on Earth. And please don't get me started on their desserts.

I used to work for hillstones and i can assure you corporate greed is the reason for the high prices. The staff is treated like second class citizens and the benefits, considering this is the most successful restaurant group around, are almost non existant. The food is really good and service is always consistent... since there is always a feeling that you could be fired for any little guest complaint. I will never work in the service industry again so I take this as a learning opportunity.
