WOW!! GRRREEEAAT!! My son and new (and beautiful) daughter-in-law were just married at Theresa's Place. The wedding was beautiful, went without a hitch. My kids used some of Theresa's vendors (they were great) and they used some vendors that they picked personally. Theresa worked with them on every detail, making sure they had everything just as they wanted. There were about 125 guests at the wedding, each one had great things to say about the lovely experience. The mother of the bride had recently done a wedding for her other daughter at another location. Her exact words were Theresa's Place was 200 times easier than her first daughter's wedding experience. Theresa's sister was so much help, too. She did a last minute ironing of a groomsmans shirt, had pins for corsages and just made things happen as needed.
My kids wanted an informal occassion for their wedding. They played old time country music to walk down the isle, the bride carried sunflowers, the groom twirled her down the isle as they exited. It was truly their day just as they dreamed it. The place was certainly elegant enough for a formal wedding, they just chose the informal affair. I would advise brides- to- be to check out Theresa's Place. Definitely a thumbs up!!

In reference to Samiam,
If a vendor has a problem with a facility, it is critical that a vendor contact the venue so an issue can be resolved. Our facility does allow other vendors but with the expectations of professionalism; the utmost in presentation of their product; and, fulfillment of services as contracted for. Our ultimate goal is to satisfy the needs, desires or wishes of the Bride, Groom and their Families at each and every event. How and what a vendor does when they come into this facility reflects on our business. As a personal note: whether you are vendor or once a prospective client, feel free to call us and openly discuss this issue.

Theresa, David and the staff/family of Theresa's place are some of the nicest folks to work with as a vendor or bride.

We have been assisting Theresa's clients with Margarita and Chocolate Fountain rentals for over five years and often solicit feedback from Theresa and staff about our product and service. We receive very frank and fair feedback in which we use to increase our customer satisfaction experience on future bookings.

Theresa's Place has high standards, especially for any third party vendor that performs services at the venue. However, if you do not follow the facility's rules, exhibit unprofessional actions or attitude, or bring in dirty equipment; the vendor will be provided with fair and concise feedback.

When you meet Theresa and David, you will find that the comments and rating that "samiam" left are not representative of the people or staff nor level of professionalism that I have consistently observed over my five years of servicing the clients of the facility.

Therasa's Place is one of my favorite venues to conduct business. You won't find a cleaner venue for the price.

Theresa cares about her brides and their special day.
