    Went there last week, our family has always loved the chain itself never had a bad experience. HOWEVER...We waited 35 minutes b4 they took our appetizer order. Another 20 for them to get to the table, they were cold. We had to request everything nothing was warm bread sticks included in that statement. We recieved NO refills. And when we finally had enough we had to wait another 20 min for the 2, yes 2, waitstaff we had attending our table to come by so we could request the check and another 15 min to clear the check out. I called the very next day and spoke to the GM Angela who of course apologized said she was sending out a gift card in hopes that we would give it one more try. One week later. NO gift card. Maybe its just the OG here in Humble. Either way if your looking for cold but good flavored italian food and HORRIBLE service I recommend this restaraunt.

    It doesnt get any better with this chain than this location. I always take my family there and we always ask for Maria. A german woman with a great spirit and even better serving skills. I go there just for her and will continue to as long and shes emplyed there.
