    used to be good: I took my clothes to Quality ever since it was next to the jewelry store. The past times that I did take my clothes there, they were either lost or done wrong, the women working up front aren't as friendly as they used to be. they need to remember...THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT don't argue just get Ben on the phone.
