The walls are covered with license plates from every state, barbed wire and an assortment of railroad memorabilia. The kitchen claims to serve the 'best barbecue in town,' but it is the hamburgers and fries that reign supreme. Gigantic burgers weigh 1/2 pound after being cooked and are served with scrumptious homemade French fries. Wash it down with an ice-cold longneck for the best results.

Posted on 01/28/05Hyde's is the BEST hamburger"joint" around! The food can't be beat for the price that you pay. It's a great low-key family place.
