He was early, professional, and very kind to us. He worked very hard to get out every stain that he could. He left the carpet clean and dry. Carpet Looks Brand New Again!!!!!
Outstanding customer service!!! I called several times to ask the same questions. The customer service lady on the phone was extremely polite. I really appreciate being her patience. Most important to me was that THEY CLEANED MY CARPET AND IT LOOKS AWESOME!...very, very clean... . I highly recommend this business to anyone who asks. :)
