User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDonât patronize this dealer. They are taking advantage of this cash for cars program and acting like itâs their money being given away. They sting you along and treat you like you are desperate. They leave you waiting on a decision for an hour over a measly $1000 of incentives. Itâs either yes or no. I guess they have made so much money in these past days they are not concern with selling cars. Romel, and the manger staff there have no customer service at all.

Very, very bad customer service. Was treated like a child, lied to in person and over the phone. Was never given price on a certain truck. Filed a complaint with the customer service dept. no one ever responded. Wouldnt wish this kind of service on anyone....

service was BAD ,worst I have ever had. you call and they tell you to bring your car in and when you get there you wait for 15 minutes before anyone says hello. than they try to sale you everything in the world and not fix or repair what you came in for.
