User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsQuick to sell to you. Nice salesman. James Treadwell did a good job. Then the nightmare begins. Liars in the service department. Liars in the aftermarket department. Service manager is a joke and a thief. It is bad when you tell people they would be better off never setting foot in Tomball Dodge. People want you to buy American and create jobs for the little man, and that same little man goes to work for Tomball Dodge and rapes you like a criminal.
Maybe they should start selling Hummers instead of Dodge. That way when they steal it is from the rich and not the poor. LOL I think if I was out of work and had no place else to go but Tomball Dodge I would stick a gun in my mouth.-

I dont know where they found this new service manager/jerk David ? he dont know his ass from a hole in the ground. very bad service and Jeff is a joke/service writer.

I am sure thatguy who wrote the review about being competent in purchasing a vehicle probably works for tomball dodge.Anyway nice try but when you are trying to convince the public you shouldn't talk about other peoples review (since you work there) come on man be a little smarter than that

David is there master plan. Got rid of all the good workers in service. I know, I was one of them. I use to work for Tomball Ford / Dodge. They donât car about the employees much less the customers. The only thing they care about is bottom line profit. (Rip there heads off). Make them pay the highest amount. In service is horrible. ELR, Hours per RO. Not what the customer really needs. (Sale that 20.00 dollar air filter for 45.00) So to all the consumers out there. Be ware of Tomball Ford and sister company Tomball Dodge. They will get into your wallet or should I say your savings account and suck every penny out of it if you let them.
