I was very excited when I saw a cake shop near my home. I purchased my husband's 50th b-day cake from her. I asked for one of the photo cakes to be done for him. I was quite disappointed to pick up the cake, the customer service wasn't very helpful; when they opened the cover, the picture had a very noticable, actually a huge crack across the top of it! They acted like no big deal! I was heart broken, yes it's only a cake and I could get over it - but how many 50th b-days does someone have? I of course needed a cake, and had to take it the way it was, with no offer to fix the crack, at least some kind of discount should have been offered, but nope - nothing! Now if that doesn't bother a person, then yes, at least it tasted good.
I have always loved this place and went for every event but I must say that the customer service needs major work but the cake is good.
Yum Yum: The cakes are truly delicious. I would highly recommend this bakery. Service is good, the cost is reasonable and well worth it. The first time I had one of her cakes, I was hooked. It takes me a little more than an hour to get there and I keep going back.

WE DONT TRY TO SEND OUT BAD CAKES, IF YOU HAD A PROBLEM YOU COULD'VE CALLED US AND TOLD US ABOUT IT AND YES WE WOULD'VE RECTIFY THE SITUATION FOR YOU AND WE ALSO WE ARE WOORKING WITH NEW EMPLOYEE'S SOME ARE STILL IN TRAINING. BUT IF IT WAS ME(THE OWNER) I WOULD'VE OFFERED TO FIX IT IF IT CAUGHT MY ATTENTION. BUT AS I WAS SAYING WE'RE SO SORRY FOR THE INCOVIECNCE. THANKS MRS.T
