User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have been repeatedly disappointed in Prestige. The last time I went, after they wiped down my car, i noticed they had completed missed the inside of the sun roof. I asked the employee if I could borrow a towel to finish off what they had missed, and he GAVE it to me! I couldn't believe it; he should have apologized and ensured the work was done to my satisfaction. Mister Car Wash is a long way away, but I would recommend them, Colony Car Wash or Texas Pride over Prestige. Don't waste your money.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsYour car is dirty: Just left this location and was told there would be a $10 upcharge as my car was dirty. Why would you go to a car wash if your car was clean?
Drove down the street to Mister Car Wash and got a wonderful wash with no upcharges. The folks as Prestige are flakes and know nothing about customer service.

lies. Mister Car Wash is even worse. Don't ever go there
With a UN like "Prestige Mister", this definitely sounds like the owner of Prestige Car Wash! I would hope instead of this blatant defensiveness he would talk about what they have been doing to try and improve. Shame on you, Prestige Mister.
