I'd have to agree with the other two posts. too bad the HORRIBLE nissan dealership doesnt read these. They would have so much more customers if they fix their minor problems. (ie dont lie to your customers and "the customers are always right" attitude)
bought a BRAND new altima. had rust on the hinges and exhaust pipes. (i guess they were covered up when we bought it cuz it wasnt there for the first day) took it back and showed them... cuz obviously rust that bad would not be able to be produced in less than a day... they argued saying that its part of the car??? uh... ya. they did a horrible job cleaning the car when we bought it. the tint was all scratched up when we picked it up (didnt inspect it til we got home cuz of excitedness)
took all that back. showed the "sales manager" argued with us saying he wont fix it. gave us a hard time, then finally caved cuz i was yelling and asking why are all the new cars messed up... im sure customers heard me, but he finally caved and said he would fix the rusts and the tint. called, and said will we be getting a loaner cuz this was a dealership fault/warranty. they said yes. drove up to the dealership, same sales manager said he wont fix it at first, but i said it was written down, and verbally agreed that he would. and mentioned legal document. he agreed right away. then asked where my loaner car was, then he argued again saying I would NOT get a loaner cuz this would only take 5+hrs and expected me to wait. i said we agreed for a loaner and all and he didnt budge. I asked to speak the the HEAD manager and this guy said no....
long story short, i got that loaner cuz of the lady who sold us the car was there and gave us a loaner despite of the "sales manager" saying no.
I wrote a letter to the dealership and the General manager. They responded about 2 weeks later. I went back to get an oil change cuz we had a free oil change with the purchase of the car. and the "sales manager" was fired.
"customer is always right"
VERY RUDE PEOPLE! i took my car in and they said it'll be done in 4 hours and then i had to call them and they said it wont be ready until tomorrow morning. and they can give me a rental? what da hell.! dont ever go to this place!!!
don't go here, I bought a car, I took it for an oil change. They took over 4 hours, they lied to me. Their business is horrible, they are not upfront with you. If you want to experience it for yourself, go and check it out, i'm just trying to give you a little head's up.

I concur - they suck. I purchased a car there & had to return it 4 times before the got it right. At one point, they returned it with body damage from their shop - as if I wouldn't notice. I didn't even return for the free oil change; they will never touch my car (or my business) again!
my car is sitting at their body shop right now and it was supposed to be done 6 days ago. when i went in to pick it up the day they said it would be ready, the guy said he never said it would be done. i put my cell phone on speaker and let him and everyone else in the shop listen to him tell me it would be done that day. i still don't have my car
^ oh yeah, i played the message he left me saying it would be done that day
