    Called 05/20/2008 3:30pm. Most awful time with "kathy" on phone. Told me she didn't need any business. Initial call, she hung up on me when i asked to speak to whoever was in charge. I had asked because i had a large amount of laundry that needed to be done for a business i run. Can not believe she has any business. Never got a chance to go. So, if she does do a good job, she most likely won't get a chance to do it. If she is not the manager, the manager should get rid of her.

    Kathy's Cleaners: Fantastic service! I love the fact that Kathy does not gauge her customers, especially on alterations.
