I have to agree with the last review. Food was definitely NOT good. The moldy lemons did me in. My ham and cheese sandwich was just ok, but way too greasy. I had to order this as I had orignally ordered the sausage sandwich and more than 10 mins later, the waitress, who never smiled, not even once, came back and shoved a menu at me and said, we are out of sausage, order something else. Chappell Hill out of sausage? thought that was their specialty! So I opted for the greasy ham and cheese instead. Not to mention the cobwebs in the corner by our table, the filthy looking floor and ceiling. And the staff could care less about whether or not you enjoyed your food. Definitely will not be eating here again nor will I be telling anyone else to eat here.

Speed of service was fair, what was served was not good, ordered ice tea to start, got it with moldy lemons. Told the waitress about it, and she got us some freshly cut lemons. Did not think about replacing the drinks she gave us with the moldy lemons in it.

Our food: Order the country fried steak sandwich and onion rings; the meat in the sandwich was about 1/2 the size of the bun and it was like leather. Onion rings okay, but you don't get too many for the extra $1.29. Sandwich was $5.09 I think.

Friend ordered fish sandwich( the bun was burnt, an heavy with Mayo), had french fries instead of chips, a $1.79 extra.

Ham & cheese sandwich with fries (extra), no complaints.

I guess the waitress in the tight jeans was hoping for her looks to generate her her tips, but she could care less at what she gave us, so no tip for the chic in the tight fitting jeans!

Told the cashier about the food issue and showed her the green moldy lemon, she said they will check it out. I kind a figured she may have cut us a little on the bill, but oh no, she didn't care one bit!

This is THE best place especially for a decent hearty breakfast! There's a daily special everyday, too. The hamburgers are big and juicy and their club sandwich is delicious, too. You can't go wrong eating here.
