Ron did an amazing job at our wedding! We had so many compliments on him. The music was not to loud and he was enthusiastic. He kept people dancing and took requests from all guests. He did exactly what we wanted and more.Thank you so much for being a part of our day it was amazing! I will always tell people about your company and help you out
My wedding was last month and Joel was the so call DJ...he was awful. Victor Harris was suppose to be our DJ but 4 days before my wedding my husband got a call from Joel stating that he was our new DJ. We met with him and gave him all of the same information that we had previously had given Victor. It was a waste of time because he still didn't do what we asked him to do. The day of our wedding he arrived 15 mins. before the ceremony, with an old computer and was not able to play any music for the march...we marched in silence. At the recepiton he didn't have the song that my husband and I wanted to be introduced with...when he had confirmed with us previously that he had it. He didn't play any good music and he didn't interact with our guest. Do not waste your time and money with this company. We actually hired them because they were at the Bridal Extravaganza so we figured that they would be awsome but I guess you can't even rely on the Bridal Extravaganza vendors.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I recently attended a very close friend's wedding done by DJ Eric Cote of Complete Music. He was terrible! The bride had taken the time to list every single song that she wanted played, organized all the information for him, and gave him a detailed list of the order she wanted all songs played. Not only did he not play half of the songs, but the songs that were played were cut off and started at odd times. There were awkward moments of silence throughout the reception, he gave strange transitions into events, and kept holding the microphone by the speaker so that it would squeak. He couldn't find the father/daughter song so they had to choose a new one on the spot, and this took so much time that the reception started an hour late. Even guests noticed the problems and were asking what the problem is. We also believe that Ron Ball (manager of Complete Music) is a scam artist. He will not return their phone calls and has disappeared since receiving the deposit. We also spoke to the manager of the reception venue afterwards and she said that other brides have had the same complaints. If you are planning a wedding or event, PLEASE do not use this company. (Here's a curious note as well: if you look at the only 2 good ratings given, they are both listed from the same day. Fake much???)
