User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsEXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from this facility again! I have dealt with nothing but rude and unhelpful staff...Once they have made their sale, they could care less about their consumers. My vehicle has had electrical problems since the first month i purchased, and they cant seem to fix it. I personally think they are putting me off until the factory warranty runs out so they can hit me with a HUGE bill. CROOKS!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsVERY RUDE!!!! I ordered parts on a Friday, I found the parts for a lower price ($250.00 less). I called Monday morning to cancel the order and was told it was too late to cancel. After asking a few questions, I was then told that the order had been canceled and I would receive a full refund. I was in the middle of asking a question when I rudely hung up on. I then called back to speak to the manager. Well it turns out that the Parts Manager "Robby" is the one who hung up on me, Great Customer Service. I would read what the BBB has to say before you do business with Ragland. It's not good!!
