I have to say, Hinze has a great selection of dry rub. I purchase all three, brisket, chicken and rib rub. Recently my father and I entered the Matagorda county fair and livestock show bbq cook-off in Bay city, Texas. We took first in brisket and a nice pay out. I have to say Thank you. I will continue to purchase your products. This is my third year in bbq cook-offs.
I have eaten there, the food is great. Where I come from to purchase your rubs. I drive from Bartlett Texas, in case some folks do not know that is, 45 miles northeast of Austin,Texas.

Great food. Best Bar-B-Que I've ever had! Well worth driving out of your way to visit this U. S. Highway 59 restaurant in Wharton.

It's worth the drive! Hinze BBQ is great!: This BBq is worth the drive from Pearland! That's saying alot for it because it's 1 1/2 hours drive for us.Thier sauce is different than what we are used to and is very good.I loved the sliced beef and pork ribs,my husband even bought 4 lbs.of the ribs and 2 lbs of the slice beef and 2 pies to take home, oh yea and lots of sauce to goe with it the sauce really makes this BBQ great.My daughter and I didn't care for the BBQ potatoe here though.But the ribs were the best part of the meal.
