    Chris catered our Holiday Festival for Rising Star Academy in Katy last weekend and the food was amazing! Everyone who bought it said it was worth every penny. I took home several plates to my very critical family and they all loved it too! Great people! We'd definatly use them again.

    Chris and his staff are awesome! The food far exceeds fantastic. His brisket is perfectly smoked - you can see the smoke rings in the meat. The chicken is so tender and juicey that it falls off the bone. Dont forget the sausage! Make sure to order his special mashed potatos! We had him cater a 100+ person party and have recommended his services to several people. The price is right! Very reasonable. You definately get your moneys worth!
