User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsRed Lobster usually tops one of my favorite places to dine out at, but today they completely screwed up my order!
I ordered Crab Linguini, and there was maybe, 2 chunks of crab meat in the dish. The rest was just dry, plain, noodles.
My friend ordered a sample dish with baby scallops, stuffed fish, and scampi. The scampi was nothing more than 3 little shrimps and the stuffed fish was so chewy and not all that great!
We ordered to go and by the time I got to her place off of Fry rd (a good 10 minutes away) I realised they forgot to include the asparagus & side salad! So I called and they said they would have it ready when I got there and they would give me a gift card.
I show up and the food is ready, but no gift card! I wasted an hour going back and forth and by the time we sat down to eat, the food was cold!
The bartender (who was some young guy) who rang up my order just looked so interested to be at work and he probably knew he was sending me away with less than what I had ordered! Next time I get a to-go meal (which definitely will NOT be from the Red Lobster by Katy mills) I will check my food to make sure they aren't trying to jip me!
All in all, it was the worst 30$ I have ever spent on food..wasted my time and gas as well!
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI was disappointed in our last visit. The ice tea was like water and had no flavor. We said something to the waitress and she said they only used one tea bag. She made no attempt to remedy the drinks.The cheese biscuits were good. My wife ordered the fried crawfish ,they were greasy and small with a lot of crumbs. The grilled shrimp were good.I ordered the popcorn shrimp. We have eaten there (katy) before and it was much better.
