US Post Office

I have continuous problems with this post office. I have lived in half a dozen cities in my life and never had a problem until I began dealing with these people. I have filed a formal complaint with the postmaster general and it seems that they are like cops, they seem to have a type of fraternity, as in, they take up for each other. The only response I got was" I assure you sir that the postal employees are doing their job correctly and any problems you have had are due to some other source, not the post office. Oh and by the way your mailbox needs to be replaced, and the approach to your mailbox is less than desirable."

Lost/Undelivered mail: During the last two months I have mailed two packages to Arcadia, TX (I understand your PO handles this mail) and both packages have disappeared -- never delivered to addressee. What type of security is required to be a postal worker? I am filing an official complaint with US Postmaster in regard to your facility.
