    Watched a movie on March 28, 2009 at a 9:55 p.m. airing. The theater was approximately at 50% capacity. I will never go to this theater again. I paid $19 to listen to a bunch of teenagers talk among themselves and play with their phones. When I complained to the manager, two ushers came in but did nothing to solve the problem. Totally ruined movie experience. Don't waste your money here.

    The management for this theatre needs a crash course in customer service. There was a mob of rude disrespectful teenagers screaming, running around, playing music on their cell phones, jumping over the seats, yelling each other's names during the movie. Once in awhile, a police officer would come in and the kids would shut up. Of course, the police left and they became unruly loud obnoxious bunch (30 to 40 of them). I couldn't handle it and left to talk to the hard-working police officer; he said: "this happens every Friday and Saturday!" COME ON, HOW CAN A THEATRE LET THIS HAPPEN EVERY WEEKEND!

    I recommend taking pictures of these kids, mount them on the wall and prevent them from coming back to the theater! The other suggestion is: every weekend, hold a theatre open, and label the room: UNRULY TEENAGERS ONLY! And trap these kids in there for hours.

    As left the theatre tonight, 4 police officers were called to theatre 5! Get your act together!

    Nice movie with the right kind of digital surround system. But not the right knid of place for mature couples. Too many unruly youngsters who make a lot of noise even when the movie is ongoing.

    Management, please check the persistent and annoying noise making so as to disabuse the remarks of one of my guests: "So much for your beautiful theater".
