When calling to "company" about all this, how upset I was, they simply told me the "manager" will get in touch with me. More Like NOTHING ever happened... Shock? Nope! Concidering there performance any other time I've been there, I'm solely SHOCKED they got my Name correctly on the paper!!!!
Very Dissapointented in this store and VERY VERY dissapointed in the mannor the COMPANY handled it....-

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I'M WARNING YOU TO CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LET THE DRIVER LEAVE FOR YOU WILL BE MISSING SOMETHING THEN THEY WILL INSIST IT WAS DELIVERED TO YOU!!!!.I placed my order today and the manager "ROBERT"said the restaurant was open for orders at 0930.i never got my order until 11a.m.i tipped the driver $3.00 on my credit card and he left.minutes later i realized my soda was missing...i called the restaurant and spoke to "ROBERT" who stated that they will deliver it...an hour passed by still no soda...yet i had paid for it.i called the restaurant again and requested to speak to the manager again and oh...it was "ROBERT" again.he stated that my soda was not delivered because the driver stated he had delivered it to me....instead of resolving the situation promptly...he kept on lashing back and forth that the driver delivered it.I questioned him as to why would i tip the driver $3 but pretend that a soda worth$1.75 was not delivered?doesn't make sense!!!DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT PAPA JOHNS.....PIZZA HUT HAS BETTER SERVICE!!!
