User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI took a pant suit here and when I picked it up and got it home they had shrunk the pants. I can understand things like this happen sometimes. I called to let them know and was told to bring it in. After that I was given the run around for about 2-2 1/2 weeks. The lady at the Mt Belvieu store was not very cordial and not willing to work with me. I do not believe she keeps her word. After 2-2 1/2 week of calling and calling the matter was finally settled with a ck for $40. I hope I can replace the outfit for that. I definately will not be doing buisness with them anymore or with any of their businesses. If I had of got some results sooner and felt like I was an important customer I would still be using their business. I am sorry but I can not recommend them!
