User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMe and my husband went to this ihop on 12/21/08 around 11:30 pm. The service was awful but we should have known that from the get go because everytime we go we have bad service. The real problem was i had just recieved a new phone as an early Christmas present and it fell out of my pocket in the booth as we were leaving. It was more than ten minutes after we left ihop that we realize the phone was gone so my husband tried to call the phone but it had been turned off and i never turn my phone of cause of medical reasons. Well we had just gone next door to walgreens so we went straight back to ihop and ask the manager if they had found the phone and he said no and just walked off he didnt even get any information on the phone or help me. so next i talked to the waitress we had but she kept trying to ignore me and said i didnt bring a phone with me when i know i did. We finally got tired of arguing with her so we went through higher managment (district) but no they wouldnt help us either. Less than two week later me and my husband went to go get a simscard so that we could use a old phone that we had and there the waitress was having t-mobile switch my phone that she stoled in to her name and number. We told t-mobile about it and they said there was nothing they could do that we were pretty much out of luck.

The staff at this location is so rude. We were there for 15 minutes and no one even bothered to take a drink order. I would be more understanding if the place had been busier at the time. However, it wasn't. There was no excuse for their bad service. I would never eat at this location again.
