    I love to eat at Texas Traditions. It'a affordable and a good date night. We like to go in mid afternoon saturdays and it is hardly ever crowded at all. They even changed the TV to the Astros game for us. I love to get the taco salad or just a hamburger and fries. It delish!

    "Quaint" is not at all the adjective I would choose to describe this restaurant. Noisy, crowded, down-home greasy might be better. When a review says "quaint" I picture pseudo-antiques, pretty gardens, and maybe a few Texas folklore items. I was disappointed so I wanted to set expectations. Outside of that, the food is pretty good if you are looking for comfort food. I've only been there once, but the staff was attentive and helpful. Bottom line: if you aren't on a diet, are okay with noise...give it a try and yes, it’s okay to take the kids along.

    Tried it because reviews I read sounded good. Wife and I tried different orders. Both were just average or less. Place loud, noisy. Not a place to go and enjoy a good meal.
