User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCareful everyone, we had spent a few days dealing with Yvonne Ortega the Internet Sales person for Clear Lake Nissan. Price on their website for a used vehicle was very specific. Went in with my own financing secured beforehand. When we declined their offers to use their financing they decide that the car could only be sold at that price if used their financing. Go figure bought the same car at Gillman Acura the very next morning without hesitation!!

Clear Lake Nissan uses Deceptive Trade Practices.
Prices quoted will not be honored unless salesman is certain of squeezing every penny out of you. Prepare for long waits and multiple visits to entice you to speed the purchasing process up by offering to pay more. 
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have never had a worst experience with a service department than here. I had my 350Z taken in after it received flood damange in Houston. It took them three weeks to complete the work, only to find out that some of the repairs they charged for were never completed. My insurance company verified that the work was not done. I had to pay out of pocket for the work to be done. The service advisor will not return my call or the insurance company's call. I guess that they do not have a Service Manager because no one can tell me his name and he does not return calls.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT CLEAR LAKE NISSAN!!!

This guy obviously had purchased his previous vehicle somewhere else and the dealership had overcharged him and due to that simple fact he was upside down due to the fact of his ignorance on his prior buying experience.I purchased my vehicle and was very pleased with the service and i was upside down as well but i was patient and they were outstanding in helping me come to a place where both i and the dealer came to a compromise on finance,trade and purchase price..
