I had a very good and easy buying experience with this dealership using the email function on their website. I never once felt pressured to buy even when I came to the dealership for the test drive after talking about price, trade-in (CARS program), etc. over the internet. I loved the car once I test drove it (I test drove it myself, no crazy stuff like another reviewer on here) so I bought the car. The deal I agreed to in the email was honored to the cent and it was a very easy process. I highly suggest using the email feature with this dealer, they are very straightforward and if they give you the best price then go get it there. Good luck to all looking for a vehicle!
Ok...I wanted to buy a nissan maxima and the salesman Fred came up to us with a cheezy smile and greeting. Instead of probing us on what we need correcly, he dived into the 1st car we saw. This car was an Altima, very basic which we did not want. The guy Fred ran and got the keys. He then pulled up wanting to give us a test drive on a CAR WE DID NOT WANT! So we said what the hell and let me tell you...it was a test drive from hell! Fred went to the "test zone" in which 1st went over bumps and ask me, "What did you think about that?" Im like ok...its just bumps. Then without warning, made hard turn going 35 mph..NOT GOOD! Then he did a test where he had 3 firehydrants in which he was going to punch it and show us that this car can get to 60 mph before he hits the 2nd hydrant and stop by the 3rd. We had a heart attack!! I was not impressed because the stupid car did not make it to 60 by the 2nd hydrant and plus I drive a car that can smoke this crap! After soiling ourselves, he then made a senario where school was out and did a test at the school that was near the "test site". He drove like a freaking mainiac!!! He has speeding, turning hard, reversing hard, going in circles like crazy saying that we needed to beat the busses and avoid the little kids...it was pure mayham! Im like, who in the hell will do such wreekless driving in a elementary school? 1st of all, you can kill someone and the cops will be all over you! What a dumb @$$. I understand that you want to show off the cars abiity but every new car can do this and let me give you a tip FRED...YOU CANNOT SELL CARS WHEN YOU SCARE THE LIVING CRAP OUT OF YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BY DRIVING LIKE SOME CRAZY FREAK DURING A TEST DRIVE!! We came back and never saw the Maxima...he seemed to avoid it and ended up looking at another car that we had no interest in. We ended up going to the Honda dealership down the street on I-10 where we had a great test drive and bought a Honda Accord. Avoid this dealership at all costs but if you want a test drive where you get tossed and turned with whip-lash and where you end up SOILING yourself then go on ahead. Worst time ever and recommend nobody going there. They have a worst sales practices there. Even the Honda guy were like..."yeah they have a rep on doing that and we end up stealing all their business. Then he laughed!!" HA HA HA
this dealership is very misinterpret!!! they would give you a run around and make you feel belittle when trying to purchase vehicle...............i can go on about this waste of a dealership but you should already know if you encountered with them!!!!
