The room was ...See MoreThe staff was exceptionally professional yet friendly, fun and relaxed, as were the other guests we encountered. The room was beautiful, there was no problem at all getting a last minute balcony with a great view of the gulf and of the Rainforest Cafe's volcano fire-spewing roof. (IHOP 2 doors down, holla!) Although we didn't use the pool, it was gorgeous with a swim up tiki bar/grill with plenty of seating. Bathroom is very nice too, peterthomasroth toiletries. aaaand was free with my AA miles. Can't wait for the next excuse to go to Galveston! -

Hello why are they charging for something that other less nice places have for free? Also the breakfast cost. Most places have free breakfast even if its not much its the point. I may think twice about going back.
