User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsWell, a review should be used as a tool to help correct any problems or to simply offer suggestions. I therefore have on of each.
1) There is one person in particular that this is targeted at. There is a lady that works the counter that is somewhat unfriendly. I say somewhat because if they were totally unfriendly I would have reported them to someone that would make a difference and stop the problem. When I go somewhere, I don't want to deal with someone that has an attitude. This makes for an unpleasant atmostshere. People that hold a job that deals with the public needs to remember that they are here for us and we are not there for them.
2) I would like to suggest that one of the automated shipping machines be placed at this location. It would help so many people such as myself that can't get to the post office till after it's closed to mail off a package. The closest machine is at the Spencer highway post office which is not totally out of the way but still is an inconvience for me and others.
Also the hours of 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Saturday needs to be extended. Two hours is not enough time for people to get to the post office on a Saturday. Like I said, some people cannot get to the post office during the week in time before it closes.-

Randy: Folks I think the Post Office is a great addition to out community. I only wish you would refresh your labels on the outside boxes. (Ex: metered, out of town, local) If you have determined that labels are no longer necessary then please let me know so I want feel guilty putting my metered mail in the wrong place. I just do not want to cause any of our postal workers to have to do any extra work. Thank you Randy
