OK...I see the reviews and have to add something. Each person at the bank is friendly and helpful in every way. Edward is awesome and we want more people like him in our banks !
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsExcellent Customer Service!: A few years ago, an online diet pill website mistakenly deducted funds from my account. After my attempts to cancel this activity failed, I contacted my BofA branch. They immediately credited my account the total amount deducted. They also put a stop to any future deductions by this "website". It is service like this that makes me a loyal customer for life!
