    WORST SERVICE!
    I BOUGHT A USED CAR FROM THE PRE-OWNED DEPT, THE CAR HAD SOME ISSUES LIKE ALIGMENT AND MINOR THINGS!
    THE SALES REP EDWARD PROMISED TO FIX THESE ISSUES, BUT NEVER DID!

    One word. Horrible. The service department is really horrible. Never go here, service advisors have no customer service skills, my whole experience was a nightmare. I will NEVER go back and am warning everyone else, please have your BMW serviced somewhere else, you will be glad you did.

    Horrible!!! They took my car in for repair 3 times for the same problem and always made me feel as if I was causing problems for them. To this day, they did not repair what I went in for. I will NEVER go there again. Very sloppy and inconsiderate!
