User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe have been eating here since they opened. The food keeps getting better with every visit. We have brought numerous friends from out of town here to eat. The service is excellent. Everyone is always so nice. The price of the food does not compare to the great quality of food. Most places you would pay at least 20 percent more and still not get food as good. To all the folks at Hector's, thank you and keep up the good work. I give you a 5 star rating only because there is not a 6!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSalsa is gross! Smells and tastes sour, like its kept for way to long. Other food tastes good but last time I ate there I got an upset stomach and potty but.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is a place with the best grilled chicken in southeast tx. Want pablanos instead of bell pepper? no problem. Grilled quail is worth the wait. The carne guisada is hard to beat. The waiters don't bring the check until you ask for it .

We order salsa and chips to go. We have been eating there since they opened and have never found anything but great tasting stuff.
