This company messup my Dodge Caravan Allen Samuel: I feel if a customer bring Dodge
Caravan2000 to dealership for service.They should be responsible for damage to customers vehicle.The young man
did not know how to change oil.
My screw was damage on my oil pan.Nobody at this dealership want to listen to my complaints.
This employee did not check other fluids.Many customers think there cars being service;
because you bring it to dealership.I was bringing my van
since purchased the vechicle.One
day I found out the truth.This young guys not checking all the
vehicles.Many families feel safe
to deal with dealership.Two years ago;this employee was rushing he messup my van.Don't
have a vehicle;have to walk.This
all me and my daughter had after
my divorce.Hope no others have to face what I went through.Because I trust the dealership with my van.These people did nothing to help.I report this company to severals
agencies.Hope this never happen again;many famlies need to be warned.Check your vehicle after it been service at deal
