User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy daughter dropped off 2 leather coats at Christmas. Only one came back.The store manager lied to her several times before she had to contact a manager at another location. Two months later the owner has finally offered 1/3 less than what it will cost to replace it.
They admit they lost it, but will not make it right. I will never use Reliable again.
