This place is AWFUL!!! It has NO customer service at all!! I went in cash in hand to buy a car on the website to find it had bald tires, bad brakes, and damage to the windshield. When I brought up the bald tires and how they were a hazard, the said sorry as is and became very condescending. So I requested the GM who approached me by saying" I don't really have time for this I'm with a customer" .(and I wasn't!) and then was like sorry if it can pass inspection we put it on the lot, and then proceeded to say that if the tires were a hazard I needed to replace them.I showed him the money and walked right out! I WOULD NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE!! THEY ARE LIARS!!!!

What a bunch of liars!! They told me I was preapproved for a car loan and made me drive an hour to their dealership. When I got there, they said they could not get me a loan. The General Manager never came out of his hole and never returned calls. What a bunch of Ass Holes! Hope they go out of business for their lies!!

I have bought two hondas from this place. I think they are a wonderful dealership, very professional and friendly. I take my car to the service dept. for oil changes. The staff is great! Very informative. One time I was sitting at Vito's while my car was being serviced. The service rep actually came over there to explain a problem that he had encountered instead of calling me. I thought that was alright.
