User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsi would seriously move back to dickinson texas just to eat this stuff it is the best bbq ever. dont let others fool you this is the real deal. i moved all the way to ohio and i cant find anything like it.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTwo things make this place stand above the rest: (1) Jalepeno bread that is fresh baked everyday with cheese swirled in the loaf. Amazing.
(2) BARBQ sauce that is not afraid to be spicy. Forget anything else you have ever tried, it won't compare to this place.
Prices are reasonable, the food is always good and the owner lives in the town and is very generous to local charities and schools.
It's not uncommon to walk into this place on a Sunday evening on a pretty day and find them running low on food because they get swamped with orders.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOMG: I have to agree. This is by far the best restaurant I have ever been to. I'm out in VA and I'm jones'n for some Grand Prize BBQ. So looks like I'm SOL. The food is great there. Especially the baked spuds and the jalapeno bread.
