I highly suggest that you do not leave your clothes with these people if you expect to get them back in the same condition you dropped them off in.

My husband's shirt was ruined- a stain that wasn't there when I dropped them off- and there are button marks down the entire shirt where someone pressed it incorrectly (those wont come out) They attempted to fix it- so the next day I called and asked the guy at the store if everything was fixed- he said yes-I drove up there and it was still WRONG! I asked for the manager and got the run around-finally I started calling all their stores asking for the owner or manager. Even when I asked for the "owner or manager" not only was I lied to about who that person was, I was hung up on. (I finally found out that he WAS the manager!) So finally- the only explanation?? "It's a big shirt, our machine can't do those" ?????? Are you kidding me?? Why would you do it if you KNOW it wont work? My husband is 6'5- we have had his dry cleaning done for YEARS and have never had someone ruin a shirt. The guy was so rude- I was told that I can just not bring any clothes back to them as a solution. TRUST ME- these people run a shady business, are not only liars- but wont even answer the phone!

I started looking for a dry cleaners for our family since I no longer use the one that was close to where I used to work. I thought I would try the one that was closest to us-right across the street from our subdivision. I took our clothes over early in the morning thinking they were like their competetors and have in by 9 out by 5-they didn't. Well, ok I will still try them hoping that they would do such a great job on my husband's dress shirts, he would think they were great. They told me that they would be ready the next day. I went back the next day around 4:45 pm and they were closed. Closed? Hmmm...the sign states that they are open til 7 PM. That's weird. Oh, and did I tell you that my husband needed his shirts the day before? So I didn't get them on the day he wanted them; I didn't get them the day they promised them so I had to be over there first thing in the morning at 7 AM to get my husband's shirts. Guess what? They looked like they had not been cleaned at all. He has french cuffs so they pre-soak in those areas-nope, that didn't happen. I asked for "no starch". All of his shirts got starch. That really ticks my husband off!!

So to end this and needless to say, we will not be going back to this dry cleaners and wouldn't recommend anyone to unless you are not in a hurry or need specifics done. I took my cleaning to Chase Cleaners up the road today so look for a review for them.
