I didn't go there for supper because the prices are higher, but the lunch special was a great bargain. I had the lasagna. As good as homemade, at least my homemade.

Bottom Line: food is usually pretty good, but the manager/owner is extremely rude and inappropriate and allegedly he keeps the tips. We will not order or go to Angelo's Pizza again. There are too many other good italian places to eat that have good customer service too.
I placed a delivery order and when I received the food I was missing two salads and a side of pasta with red sauce. When I called back to see if I could get the missing items, first the person on the phone had to check and see if I was really missing the items and if they were not in the delivered order he would check to see if I was supposed to get them. The pasta with red sauce was not included separately because they have decided the side pasta will now come under the entree as opposed to in a separate dish with red sauce as the online menu says it will come. I had planned to let my son eat the side order with red sauce with his dinner, but ok--the pasta was under my entree albeit covered in a white sauce. I didnt like that I didn't get the side order of pasta, but at least the pasta was there somewhere.
The salads are a different story. It was salads that came with the entree so there was no additional charge for them. The person I spoke to after saying if was my fault because I didnt specifically say I wanted the salads and therefore he did not know what kind of salad dressing to include, offered a credit to my account becasue they were too busy (he said 5 lines were ringing off the hook) to do anything else and the weather was horrilble (raining) and he didn't want to send the driver to my house again. So I get a credit for something I didn't pay extra for? No, I get two extra salads the next time. Why would I want two side salads with each dinner next time I order? I said I would really like the salads and was told again that the weather was too bad and they were too busy. When I asked for the manager I was told "I know you think I am giving you attitude, but that is what the answer is going to be" I asked again to speak to the manager and this guy hung up on me!
I called back and after waiting on hold for several minutes asked to speak to the manager or owner. This guy (same person I spoke to earlier) shouts at me "I am the person you spoke to earlier and I told you what you can do. Give me a break here." I asked again to speak to the manager or owner and he finally said "I am the owner and I don't care if you want to talk to the pope, the answer isn't going to be different." He hung up on me again. By the time I ate the partial dinner that was delivered it was cold and not very good. Also, the garlic cheese bread was dripping with grease. My son wouldn't eat it.
The only valuable thing that came out of this was a lesson to my son as he heard all the phone conversations (he is 12) and he learned how NOT to act to a customer or anyone for that matter.
Also, don't tip the delivery guy. I tipped him almost 4 dollars. After making sure the delivery charge was on the bill I said to make sure the tip goes to the tip bucket for everyone to benefit from. He said "we don't get to keep our tips, the owner does". When he saw my shocked face, he said "but it's all good..." Maybe they get paid well, I don't know, but I sure don't think the owner should be keeping the tips.

Beware of using anything but cash at Angelo's. I used my debit card there and a few days later realized that they had double charged my account. When I called them to resolve this they could've cared less. I expected them to be a little more helpful and concerned. I had to call and get my credit union involved and also bring Angelo's an original bank statement to prove that there was a double charge on my debit. Absolutely rediculous!! I am a busy person and this was something that I didn't have time to deal with. They clearly are not too customer friendly. They never even apologized during this month long ordeal. They had a horrible attitude the whole time as if I were trying to take back money that wasn't mine.
