The sales people and the managers are unethical. They reviewed my credit without permission. Somehow they got my social security number on the internet. Ever since then I placed a fraud alert on my credit to protect myself from them. All of them are crooks and are your typical back door bandits. I made a report to the attorney gengeral and let them decide.
so another review on andre...same thing for us...told him we had no down payment and bad credit...he said no problem...he said we would walk out with a car that day...we drove 2 hours to get there...my husband picked out a jeep liberty and test drove it...we then waited for 3 hours for approval paperwork to sign after we had already faxed proof of income and he had already run our credit...we had our 3 year old twins with us...so after we sat there like dummys for 3 hours trying to keep our twins occupied...no one told us anything...andre said just a few more minutes...3 hours later we got fed up and left...do not go to this dealership...baaaad buisness
I had applied for credit at this dealership Franklin ford in wallisville off of I 10 and was contacted by andre ..he took all other informatin and told me I was approved already andjust needed to turn in verification paperwork and pick vehicle and sign paperwork I asked for three days if he was sure and hepromised and assured me all ws already done well me and wife went thwere to get a vehicle that he assured me would be able to drive oout with..when gettin g there and giving him prope paperwork an doing what was told he said there was a change he wasn't told and didn't know we asked to see credit report and he showed us the problem ..so therefore if he did evrything wouldn't he know everything on credit report because was in black and white..he wanted $1500 down for ttlwhen getting there before getting approved which he said didn't need because all finacing was takin care of which wasted our time and gas which ishard to get the money for extra things.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP OR THIS SALESMAN TO ANYONE AT ALL.DUE TO THERE DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE

I totaly agree he did the exact same thing to us. I applied for a car loan and well andre called us back told us we were approved and to come down we would walk out with a car. I asked him before I hung up what all we needed to bring and he said pay stub utility bills and I said thats it and said yes mam. I said we have no money to put down he said that's ok You are alredy approved. We get there and turn in all our paper work and Im standing outside. And andre comes up to me and says ok what car do you want I said i dont know which one can i get into. He said how about this 2008 escape and this is the vehicle I wanted he handed me the keys told me to go drive it and when I come back the paper work will be done. I am at this time beyond excited. My finace was trading in his truck and andre was going to put him in a 2008 ford f-150 beautiful truck made him go drive it said when he comes back we'll sign paper work on it well this time when we got back andre said there was not enough equity on the escape how about a 2009 mitisibishi galant. Ok so I went and looked at it, darn nice car I loved it. We sat there for over a hour and half waiting on paper work to sign. andre finaly came in and said he couldnt do it. My becon score was to low i would need a cosigner. Ha nobody would co sign. so after being promised we had vehicles getting to drive the ones we wanted and being told they were ours and after sitting there for 4 hours total we went home with nothing. Oh and drove a hour just to get there..Would not reccomend this dealership to anyone they are full of broken promises.
