Good Old Fashioned Home Cookin': Only open during the week for breakfast and lunch, this is THE place to get good old fashioned home cooking like Grandma used to make! The food here may not not be the healthiest, but what do you expect? IT'S JUST TOO GOOD TO BE HEALTHY AND THAT'S JUST FINE WITH ME!!!!! They have specials to choose from every day... call ahead to make sure it's something you like, or take your chances and just swing on by. If the specials don't appeal to you, order a big juicy burger and onion rings or fries off the menu. Lot's of other menu choices also. Wear loose clothing...you will fill up!
The place has not changed much since I was a little kid going in with my parents...just a plain old little buiilding with plain little tables and chairs....nothing fancy...just the way this kind of establishment should be.
The waitresses are pretty good for the most part, although they can get a little snappy with you if they think you might deserve it! Just have a little patience and you WILL get what you want!
