This was a wonderful discovery! The food is very good and the waitstaff is quite attentive. This is find dining in the country. My only wish is that Andre (owner/chef) would vary the menu more often.

This is a wonderful french restaurant that you must eat at if your in the Burton area. My husband organized a lunch at Brazos Belle for our car club after a long road trip. We had a large group of close to 40 people and Andre and his staff did an exceptional job of making a fabulous meal for all of us. (With reservations of course.)He will go the extra mile to make your event special. Great bread, desserts and wine as well. He gets 10 stars in my book and I'm picky.
