User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat sausage first of all. Lots of options w/garlic, smoked or whatever. All their meats are great. Their beef cutlets make great chicken fried steaks, tender and no gristle or fat. Hamburger is tasty and lean.
The business supports the local school district and other local merchants. They have spices, honey and other local products for sale. If you are driving through, it is right off Highway 290, on the hill, on the west side of Burton.
I have had my deer processed there the past two years. Great stuff. The links are great for breakfast or wrap arounds. The jerky is great as well.
They are slowly making it into the market place in Houston area. My family buys it for Christmas gifts.
