is an ole country boy? you mean hes an old man. lol. love chaps. my only problem is that the floor seems to tilt a little bit. even more so after a few of their nice cold beers
Chap's is a hick place where only regulars go and they all sit at one table and talk crap about any newcomers that walk in the door. It is run down but they will serve to minors if you wanna try. Those same people are the same alcoholics that have been hanging out there for 30 years. They get there at 7 in the morning and that should tell you what kind of people they are. We call it "The Morgue". Oh, I forgot to mention Luke is a married man that often cheats on his wife.
