First visit: My family of four ate at the Back Porch on Saturday night. My children ages 10 & 11 loved it. Each of us were delighted with our meal and plan to return frequently.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsJohn is a Pro and The Back Porch is GREAT!: Visited semi-frequently and the Restaurant NEVER disappoints. The atmosphere is friendly and homey, the barbeque is excellent and VERY REASONABLY PRICED. Casual dining in a down home country venue. John is a story teller with the best of them.

I didn't miss anything? How dare you criticize this place. It was one of the better barbecue places in town. A smorgasboard of sausage, chicken breasts, beans, and ribs. The owner John was a charming lad who would entertain customers while serving them his sausage which is some of the best in Boerne. I hope they reopen to claim the "best" barbecue joint in town!
