do not let your child get a hair cut. they did a crapy job on my sons hair. the bange were uneven, they left him with no side burns. the whole hair cut was uneven. it looked horrible!
I want to let me people know that I wasnt ever happy about this place..I went in on a Saturday and ask If they had room for my son and that told me that they didnt have time ...If they would of said that they where busy and trying to get out for a funneral .I would of understood. But, The only thing I heard was didn't have time for u .. I went down the road and they where closing at 2 and I walked in at two and they where more then happy to take my son. It was the Viking Barber shop in port lavaca texas they did a great razor cut on my son and treat him like a little king..Sandy at Sandy ^company needs to teach her employees how to talk to customers.Sometimes if you tell customers and a nice why then they would understand . I know I would ..I would of said We are really busy today and I can try fitting u in if not can u please come buy another day and I will be more then happy to take care of you..They have lost my bussinees for good and I will never go back....
On this above comment....Sandy and Co had just lost a valuable employee of TEN yrs. She died very unexpectedly and tragically. Emotions were running high that day. "Sandy" has always been very professional and friendly, as well as her employees. So, IF anyone was rude and/or short with people that day it was NOT normal practice for them.
Sandy and Co. is by far the very best salon I have ever been to. Professional, talented, knowledgeable and caring. Those are the words that best discribe the clinicians who care for their clients. I miss them all very much since moving to Houston. I always received the very best of care.
