    They ruined my dress and didn't pay for it: They melted my dress and they refused to pay for it. Their reason for not paying for it was that my dress didn't have a care tag on it. That is just ridiculous. The dress had only been worn once. They melted the beads off ofit and it was obvious. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
