Pizza Hut

Ordered 2 orders of pizza rolls and 2 pzones with 2 ranch dressings and 2 marinara sauce total. When I got home with the food I found no ranch dressings but 3 marinara sauces. One of the pzones was also over cooked. I called the rest phone # and went to customer service who said a store manager would call me back. She finally called about 10 mins later and I had to explain the problem to her at least 4 times before she understood. She was super rude and I was getting madder. She said my only option was to go BACK to the store and pick up the ranch dressing. I told her no because by the time I get back home again, my food would be cold, I’d bring the food back that THEY screwed up and she could refund my money. So I did that and now must find something else to eat at almost 11 pm in a small town. So I guess we aren’t eating tonight after all and we will definitely steer people away from that store and won’t be returning either. 945 Hwy 90 East Castroville TX 78009

I hosted a presentation for my Arbonne business in the small room that we reserved ahead of time. The entire staff were wonderful! They offered to help me carry in my products and then back to the car after we finished with the presentation. Carol was our waitress and she did a great job. Lucy was so nice as well as another lady - maybe the manager - were all great. Would highly recommend the pizza - esp. the Supreme on thin crust - YUM!

Castroville Pizza Hut is our Favorite: We have been to Pizza Huts all over the country, and this is our favorite. It is very clean, the employees are really nice, and the pizzas are cooked well. We had one pizza come out a few weeks ago that the server apologized for- she said it was overcooked and we had a new one on the way for free. We thought it was OK, and told her so, but she insisted. It isn't often you get service like that anymore- the staff cares about the food more than you do. (Plus it is close for us, living in Castroville.)
Oh, my wife really likes the fact that the lettuce at their salad bar is always green, not brown, and stocked well.
