    Their customer service and competitiveness along with knowledge sucks, sucks, and more sucks. Go some place else until they get their act in gear and start hiring knowledge people who are interested in the customer's needs and concerns. They do not listen (very important) to needs or concerns. They need to revamp their employees gathering only skills customer service people that can handle issues and are impowered to make decisions to help the public.

    Worst Buy is more accurate for this place. No one knows anything and even if they did they do not want to help you. It has the poorest customer service reps you can ever imagine. If you get say, a TV from them and lets say, something goes wrong with it, you will be in for a headache and a drawn on battle with ignorance for months like my family was. Shop anywhere else. The prices are not even competitive. Why does anyone go here!

    Mike in the cell phone department is extremely knowledgable and friendly. He takes the time to explain the details of the various inventory. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Best Buy to my friends.
