User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsNot to pleased with staff: A couple of weeks ago i had a wedding to go to and I needed to get my husbands clothes starched, well when I dropped them off I asked how long before we can pick up the clothes, dumb me thought 1 HR cleanning ment that they would be ready in 1 HR. Well the girl at the counter was rude and said they didn't have any workers to work that day they decided it was an off day and they all went home, so I couldn't get my clothes done. And even if they was here i couldn't have my clothes in an hr. I looked around for any signs and saw that they was open till 7 or 8 pm. and there was no sign saying they was NOT taking clotheing. Anyhow the way the girl handled things kinda up set me. She just had this adittude she didn't want to be there and didn't care about the coustomers. I then asked for the managers name and called the next day to explain what had happened with the girl, and how I was displeased with her adittude, and asked why I couldn't have them done in an hr if there was someone working. The manager said she was sorry and explained that she has had problems with this girl several times. She also cleared up the comment the girl made of why I couldn't have my clothes done in 1 HR when the sign say 1 HR service. They have a mechine that runs 1 hr cleaning the garments. Needless to say I rate my visit that day poor because of the girl, and what I call a missunderstanding or false advertizement of a 1 HR Service.
